Slow your breathing pattern, slow your thoughts. Focus on nothing more than just breathing. You have made it through this before and you will make it through this again. Be gentle with yourself, this does not define you.
Repeat this to yourself, “I am strong enough to get through this moment.”
Your feelings are valid, your struggle is valid, but your ability to climb the mountain that appears in front of you far outweighs that challenge.
