Episode description

As a conservation charity, Zoos SA relies on the support of its visitors and members.

Following recent shutdowns due to COVID-19, both Adelaide Zoo and Monarto Safari Park have both reopened their gates with some restrictions. To make sure visitors can enjoy the wonder of wildlife while keeping themselves and others safe, a number of COVID-related measures have been implemented: https://www.zoossa.com.au/covid-19/

On this episode of ‘Our State’, Chief Executive of Zoos South Australia Elaine Bensted talks about the impact of COVID shutdowns, what to expect during school holidays and Zoos SA’s conservation efforts.
