South Australia has a fantastic events calendar with world-class sporting, arts, cultural and food and wine events, both in Adelaide and South Australia. 

Due to the better weather a lot of those events are clustered in the spring / summer period, which not only means that South Australians get out and about more, it also provides a more compelling reason for tourists to visit South Australia in that time.
