Episode description

Nominations are now open for the 2022 Premier’s NAIDOC Award, which recognises the outstanding achievements of a South Australian who has dedicated time and effort to making a genuine and long-lasting difference to the lives of Aboriginal people in South Australia.

This year’s NAIDOC Week theme is Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up! - a call for systemic change and to keep rallying around our mob, our Elders, our communities.

Listen to Director of Kirstie Parker, Director, Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation, and Dr Roger Thomas, Commissioner for Aboriginal Engagement, as they talk about NAIDOC Week, Treaty, an Aboriginal Voice in Parliament and Reconciliation.
