Mr. Bannock is Vancouver’s first Indigenous food truck which rolled on to the streets in January of 2019. Paul is from the Squamish nation and in September 2019, Mr. Bannock was announced as the BC Indigenous Business Award's Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
