Why do the rules around food seem to change every day? Why does a new diet become popular every month? Why is it so hard to find a source of truth when it comes to food? These are daunting questions and a lot of it is by design.  Food policy has become (like most other things) politicized and any time lobbyist are involved you know it won't turn out well.
