Nick and Sophia are back and excited to share 75 new releases coming throughout the year, and they’re positive there’s something for everyone! First, they recap the Golden Globes from this past weekend where Emilia Perez came out on top with four awards. Who’s the frontrunner for Best Picture at the Oscars? Why didn’t Anora win anything?! They discuss this and much more, including The Brutalist’s fine showing.
Then, they get right into movies that were delayed from 2024 but now have upcoming release dates (27:47). Then, it’s onto a few different categories, including: IP (39:10), Chills, Frills, and Thrills (47:11), and Headed to Oscar and/or Festivals (1:05:44).
