Shortly after almost walking away from his career in financial planning, Blackwell increased his profits from $7.00 to $124,000 in four months. He solidified a mentor, made his first speech and officially cracked the success code. Thomas attributes his success as a conscious choice to commit himself fully to his endeavors. He emphasizes his belief that when you make a decision opportunities will unfold as catalysts to reach your goals.

Much of Thomas’ success comes from his self-awareness. He refuses to let self-berating thoughts slow him down, putting a strong focus on a positive mindset.
