There's nothing 'soft' about having soft skills: A conversation with Mariana Sorroza

Mariana Sorroza is an intern in the National Nuclear Security Administration Minority Serving Institutions Internship Program. Her research focuses on the importance of "soft skills," like interpersonal communication, presentation skills and the like. While they're called "soft,' Sorroza believes these skills to be very important.
