Sai Kyi Zin Soe(Ph.D.) is an entrepreneur, researcher, teacher, political commentator and master provocateur. He received Ph.D. from University of Sydney with Australian Scholarship Award for his thesis "Influence of donor aid policy on disability inclusion in Myanmar". He has conducted multiple researches on various social and political topics- working with many INGOs and Govt organizations in Myanmar.
