Jeanne DeWitt Grosser is the Head of Americas Revenue & Growth at Stripe. Prior to joining Stripe, Jeanne was the CRO at Dialpad and also spent over seven years at Google.

We also discuss what it was like joining Stripe at 400 people, growing her team from 10-300 people, and why it’s important to not let your job description define your role.
