30. High Frequencies + Chakra Balancing

The OCD Girls are back with a very special and spiritual episode today! We recently went on a Chakra Balancing + Frequency Healing Retreat during the full moon in the sign of Libra on 3/28/21. We were so lucky to have this experience together for the first time and wanted to share what this magical weekend was like for us. A HUGE thank you to Julia DeSarro ( IG: @vibeology.energeticwellness ) and her husband Tony for hosting us at their beautiful home in the mountains. Julia shared her gifts as a Reiki Master where she did a reading and balancing of our Chakra's in one on one sessions. Another huge thank you to Hannah Knock (IG: @justaquantumwitch ) for our one on one Body / Emotion Code session.
This weekend also included Tarot Readings, Breath Work, Oracle Card Pulls, Crystal Charging, and a Full Moon Cacao Ceremony. This episode is a deep dive into everything we experienced and special moments during our sessions.
