Osher Günsberg x headspace special mental health episode.

We’ve partnered with Osher to raise much needed funds and awareness for Australian non-profit youth mental health organisation - headspace. In this episode, we went into some ways to manage and identify mental illness. We also find out about Oshers career hosting The Bachelor, Australian Idol, his rituals and mindset. Osher and I are both passionate about advocating for mental health awareness and the great work done by headspace.
