We explore guest curator Jeff Jahn's theory of Portland as a "Capital of Conscience." Observations from three Portland artists, Sean Healy, Avantika Bawa and Chris Johanson about what it is about Portland that attracts or repels artists at certain times.
The Musicians of the Oregon Symphony stage a series of informal concerts each year - Classical Up Close. They very kindly invited us to join the party for one of this year's shows.
