Episode description

One of my biggest weaknesses exists in the way I compare myself to others, but NO MORE. I have actively worked on techniques to harness where comparison comes from and how to use it as a tool for growth and success. I want to share my story with you in the hopes that we can stop resisting self comparison, acknolwedge it as a natural thing and use it in the most productive way possible - let's go!

What we discuss:
  • Understanding Self-Comparison: What it is and why we do it.
  • Biological and Social Roots: The natural basis of comparing ourselves to others.
  • Cultural Perspectives: How different cultures influence our standards of success.
  • Positive vs. Negative Comparison: Managing the emotional impact of self-comparison.
  • Practical Strategies: Techniques to use self-comparison constructively.
