ep. #7: is the internet killing us?

being creators, we spend a lot of time on the internet. working, learning, unwinding from the day. sometimes it feels like it's consuming us, killing us you might say. BUT! could that really be? or might it be our mindsets at any given point where these feelings arise? 

let us follow that up with we LOVE what we do. but as always, we want to keep it real, and explore our feelings while sharing what we learn through living our lives. we believe this episode is very important to hear, no matter what it is your doing or what dream you're chasing after. hopefully it can bring some perspective, as talking through it actually did for us!
