Listener, Kat - My Awakening

This week, my guest is one of my listeners! 

Kat made contact with me following my awakening episode and shared a very similar experience to me, at around the same time, leading to the same realisations and feelings! 

Having been on the pursuit of marriage and children, leading as far as to begin making plans to become a single mother, by choice... Kat had an awakening which led her to freedom from societal pressures, self love and acceptance, a blissful feeling of joy for an entire year and she is now a self proclaimed "Single at Heart" woman, enjoying her new found liberation. 

We discuss our aligned views on dating, men, relationships and celibacy and how we adore our single solitude.
