Compromise versus authenticity

HAPPY NEW YEAR! 

In todays episode I'm talking about the ways in which we compromise within relationships, marriage, children and friendships and how we can easily tolerate dynamics which aren't in alignment with who we really are. 

I talk  more about my journey to authenticity and the changes I have experienced within my life and my mindset and how I am moving forward into the New Year, ditching the resolutions and replacing them with a simple desire to follow the real me!
