In today’s episode, we’re dissecting some of the pieces that we work on with our 9 Week Level Up Transformation Program.
One of the things we start with is mapping out our client’s Perfect Day. We then tailor their routines to give as much structure in that direction of their Perfect Day. Within that structure, we map out their fitness and nutrition routines, and all the supporting habits that will help them be successful along the way.
On a day-to-day basis, we want our clients to start each day with their Big 3 Non-Negotiables. In this episode, we’ll tell you all about what they are, what they mean, and why this is a step that we take in getting our day organized and ultimately getting us closer to our goals and towards the type of person we want to become.
