Episode 15: When Your Listeners Hold You Accountable
Episode description
We know, we know - we failed to release an episode last week (with good reason!), and we were completely blown away by all the responses we received about our missing episode! So we're back! We're using your lessons on accountability to guide our 15th episode today because that's what you showed us! Accountability is immensely important, and there are many different ways that we can be held accountable. We talk about what that looks like in regards to fitness and nutrition. We'll also introduce you to our InBody machine and what that means for accountability!
