I am Terry Cook and you are listening to the One Minute Driving Instructor Tips Podcast, the show that helps you become a better ADI in under two minutes. And today is tip number 50. And I want to talk about how you choose who you work with. Now, there's a lot of people out there who shout about the services, including me, but how do you know who's right for you? So, to start with, there's all kinds of things you consider. How much experience do they have? What are the reviews like?
Do they have any qualifications? But here's the kicker. You need to decide what matters to you. For example, the thing that matters to me above all else is the person. What do I think of them? Do I have good rapport with them? Am I going to enjoy the time I spend with them? That's one of the first things I'll consider. But that's just me. You might value something else. So when you're next looking at getting some training, work out what matters to you. Now. I hope you found this tip useful.
