Episode description

Life can be uncomfortable. The car breaks down, our kids make a mess (only about 100 times a day),  we never seem to have enough time, money or satisfaction. The remedy? Do something hard!

In this episode, we talk about the Japanese concept of Ikigai, how we can derive meaning from being uncomfortable, challenging ourselves and discovering what we love. We talk about the many health benefits to ikigai, feeling okay with boredom and even the secret to life! It might have something to do with hard work 😉

If you haven't already, please leave a rating or review. It takes 2 minutes (a small inconvenience!) and it would really help keep this show going and reach more people. As always, you can send me an email at onelessthingpodcast@gmail.com or a DM on instagram @kaeliwood
