Gary turned his life around after reaching rock bottom in Southern Spain after years of breakfast drinking, and generally causing carnage whenever under the influence. Now, 10 years sober, he is the creator @sobernsound on Instagram. Gary delivers raw, unfiltered truths about sobriety and alcoholism with a hint colourful language!
