With Nikki out of town and all of the Charlotte media handling.....some news, Colin & Josh are here to talk about the end of the Ron Rivera Era, where the Panthers go from here, whether or not David Tepper revealed who he might be looking at for the next head coach of the Panthers, why this happened now and whether or not it was the correct decision at all.

They'll try to parse through who the new owner of the Panthers is, what type of team is in Carolina and whether or not the Panthers are in for a full rebuild next season. They'll then take a few minutes to talk about who Ron Rivera was and what he meant to this community, this team and this franchise.
