Fantasy Film: Jaws 1 & 2 remake cast

What if you could do a remake of a classic or film you love? Who would you involve so the quality would be there?  What would you do? That's what I'm looking at in todays podcast with a dream cast of a remake of Jaws 1 & 2 - a film I don't think should be remade, but is a blast to do this kinda fantasy casting thing with.
