Episode description

Sean Wallis played basketball at Washington University in Saint Louis from 2006-2010.  He talks about growing up in Northbrook, Illinois, how he got into basketball, being teammates with Jon Scheyer since a young age, and his great career at Glenbrook North High School which included a 2005 State Championship.  Sean describes his recruiting process, why he chose WashU, and how competitive Division 3 basketball is.  Sean discusses the tough leg injury he suffered his Junior season, having to redshirt but deciding to join the coaching staff as a student coach for the year, and winning the 2008 National Championship.  Sean also discusses coming back from the injury in 2009, leading his team to repeat as National Champions and winning MVP in the process,  his decision to return for a 5th year, and his decision not to pursue professional basketball.
