Rory Molleda played soccer at Guilford College from 2009-2012, and is currently the Director of Team Administration for DC United in the MLS.  Rory talks about being born in Venezuela before moving to Alexandria, Virginia, when he was a few years old, his family's love for the game of soccer, his mom being his coach when he was young, and playing year-round.  He also talks about attending Robinson High School, his recruiting process, how he ended up at Guilford, and his great career there.  Rory describes how he became interested in working in sports, the steps he took before landing the DC United job, and all that is involved in working in Operations for DC United.  He then opens up about being a gay man and why he didn't come out to his co-workers and the team right away, his relationship with the great Wayne Rooney and Wayne's acceptance of him, "The Athletic" writing a great piece on their friendship and the support he's gotten since the article came out.
