Episode description

David Wood played baseball at Elon University in 2010 and 2011 before switching over to football in 2011-2013.  David talks about growing up in Park Ridge, NJ, having an athletic twin sister, Jaclyn, how he got into football and baseball growing up, and his path to St. Joseph's Regional High School.  He details his career at St. Joe's for football, which included a State Championship, and baseball, which included a County Championship.  David describes the recruiting process, why he initially chose to pursue baseball, picking Elon University, going to the same college as his twin, and his two years on the baseball team, which included scoring the winning run in a Southern Conference Tournament game.  He then describes why he chose to stop playing baseball and pursue football, the recruiting process for football that led him right back to Elon, getting into football shape, and his excellent 3 seasons on the football team as a Defensive Back.
