​The Premise: After Bluey finds her last balloon, Chilli suggests a game of "Keepy Uppy," where the goal is to keep the balloon from touching the ground.

​The Escalation: While the game starts simple, Bandit raises the difficulty by using a fan and a leaf blower to move the balloon around the house.

​Neighborhood Rescue: The balloon eventually drifts into the neighbors' yard, leading to the debut of Lucky and his dad, Pat, who help bunt it back over the fence.

​The Conclusion: The balloon eventually hits the grass and pops. As "comeuppance" for making the game too difficult, Bandit is forced to pretend to be a "Daddy balloon" for the girls to play with.
