On The Way: Episode 2

Hello you delicious creators, 

I want to take a moment to express my reverence for language - it is a truly extraordinary phenomenon that helps us cultivate intimacy, understanding, compassion and is a gift when it comes to the expression of self and the heart.

Words create worlds. They cast spells - for better or worse - onto us and those around us. 

Studies show that patients die sooner when doctors give them a terminal diagnosis and a timeline. We live longer when we aren't entrapped in a doctor's "expiration date". 

So, you know that saying "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me"? Well, I call b******t on that, for words have been used and continue to be used as weapons for inciting fear and control in society. 

And how about the news? What about the dissemination of propaganda? Do you think we'd hate one another and have so much division if this global technocracy were not using language to create a reality that serves their interests, and their interests alone? (All dressed up as what's best for us of course!) It's the wolf dressed as grandma!

This week at Highest Harmony, we drop another episode of On The Way and we explore the topic of language, Covid propaganda and more. I hope this episode inspires you to dig beneath the babble you read to notice the hollow media provocations dropped in mantra-like repetition, pounding the fence-posts of imprisoning belief systems that don't serve any of us. 

Want an example? How about "social distancing"? A non-existent term prior to Covid. For one it's an oxymoron and it's used, not for literary flair, but to create confusion and cognitive dissonance among the masses. You know how political leaders say pretty words but don't mean any of it. And, WE ALL KNOW THIS but somehow we still play into the charade? What does that say about us? 

If you can't tell, this kind of insanity really irks me and I hope it irks some of you enough to to begin exercising one of the Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz which is BE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR WORD. When we're impeccable with our own words, even the thoughts in our heads, we become invulnerable to the spells cast by deceitful and nefarious others. And, we want that super power for YOU! May our own exploration in this episode evoke your curiosities and inspire you to move through the rest of this day (and all the rest) being mindful of the worlds you create with your mind, mouth and tongue.
