What's good family?!?! On this episode we welcome in Zach Tolen aka Vanilla Rice, owner of Hibachi House. Zach is a young entrepreneur and one of Vegas' best and brightest restaurant owners. Aside from finding a passion in food, he also runs several other businesses like clothing brands such as Rich Off Food and the 4am Wakeup Club. On this episode Zach runs us through his story from starting as a dishwasher to pay off summer school to opening his first restaurant.
