Episode description

16 Shots and a Coverup! What? 16 Counts and a Coverup! Wh...wait. What?! Yep. Kinda the same. You had one job. In the wake of the Jussie Smollett apparent dismissal/not-dismissal/recusal/non-recusal/WTF-ish Case, Cook County States Attorney Kim Foxx is being heavily chastised by the justice-wanting public for ridding her office of a case that arguably embarrassed multiple entities of the city of Chicago and its people where accountability, at a minimum, was demanded. One camp wants her gone. Another wants her retained. The Illinois Prosecutors Bar Association has blasted Foxx’s actions. But her apparent emotionally reactive supporters believe her chastisement is racially motivated. Is this Black’s Law or Black Law? Procedure or Prejudice? You decide.
