“On the Mat" is a presentation of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum. The show can be heard live on the Internet at 1650thefan.com or locally in Northeast Iowa each Wednesday from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Central on AM 1650, The Fan.

Hamilton is the wrestling beat writer for the Des Moines Register. He has been named journalist of the year by the National Wrestling Media Association and Wrestling Insider Newsmagazine.
Duroe is the current head wrestling coach at Cornell College. He has coached 16 All-Americans during his nine seasons as head coach.
