Cory Muscara is a former monk, host of the "Practicing Human" podcast, and a bestselling author. He has gained popularity for his down-to-earth, engaging and accessible teachings on mindfulness, wellbeing, and mental health. He has taught Mindful leadership at Columbia University, and is an instructor of Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania.
