It’s super bowl week in the NFL, and on the crew for the second time in his career is Evan Washburn. The former lacrosse star had to retire after college and ended up in the sports broadcasting business. Eventually, he worked his way up to CBS where he covers college basketball, lacrosse and, you guessed it, the NFL. Evan sat down to discuss his start in the industry, which storylines actually make it to air during a broadcast, his tips for a successful sideline hit and much more.
