David Tao is BarBend’s Co-Founder and Editorial Director. David is a veteran of the health & fitness industry, with nearly a decade of experience building and running editorial teams in the space. He also serves as a color commentator through USA Weightlifting. In his free time, David is a voice over actor and can be heard in animated films, independent shorts, music videos, commercials, and podcasts. David and I talk about how we often punt big life decisions, how we are in the golden age of storytelling, meeting people where they are and the reality of pursuing your passion as a business.
