OBL 007 - Lead by Example - with Sean Patton

Sean Patton is a US Army Special Forces Veteran, entrepreneur & Leadership Coach

During his service, Sean served 22 months as a front-line combat commander in Iraq and Afghanistan, including as the commander of a Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA).

Those are the Green Berets, in case you didn't know - they're like Navy SEALs, but WAY better (just kidding guys)

Sean has earned the Special Forces tab, the Ranger tab, the Special Forces Combat Diver Badge, the Combat Infantryman's Badge and was awarded 2 Bronze Stars.

He also trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and was awarded his Black Belt after only 7 years of training

After leaving the military, Sean co-founded Legion Jiu-Jitsu, which has been awarded Small Business of the Year and Martial Arts Studio of the Year.

Sean is married and currently lives in Nashville TN.
