The man, the legend, the myth in the studio for info on summer body construction even though it is snowing in November. Beaches, beer, and BBQs are inevitable, and so is the launch of the summer body into the public sphere.

Build muscle and lose fat. That is the dream for most. Understand body fat % and the norm. What's your body fat%, what are the various ranges of body fat in men? How do you measure body fat? What are some of the things you could consider as we did to begin the summer body construction through diet and exercise? It's time to look fabulous in your speedo. Again.
