Great question and not one we often think about other than to refer to "old " people. When you are 30, how old is old versus when you are 50? How does your perception of age affect your health? Are you a Baby Boomer, or Gen X? What does that even mean? This at times funny podcast takes you on a journey of age with Jem & Donny and will help you decide on hold you are. Well, sort of...

How old you are, in fact, depends on how old you are. Read that again. The older we are, the older we think old is. Perception varies by age, gender, ethnicity, and health. If you feel younger, according to research you are less likely to die. You are getting older as you read this, so rather get listening, and remember every day you will never be as young as you are again today. Make it count.
