Why are you passionate about HR? *
I feel that HR is the most vital part of an organization's success. The role of HR is to take care of the people that take care of the patients/customers/clients, and so truly there are few roles closer to the mission of any organization.
What are your interests? *
Work/life balance implementations, organizational development, and fusing operations and HR. At Rivers & Roads, I empower organizations to create purposeful work by creating a clear roadmap that allows everyone to understand both the destination and their role in reaching it.
What would make you a good podcast guest? *
I have been in HR and operations for 15 years, giving me good stories and conversation starters. I am easy to talk to and have done other podcasts and productions in the past.
