Episode description

In 1929, an affair between married Ohio State University professor Dr. James Snook and medical student Theora Hix came to a crashing end when he beat her with a hammer and slashed her throat. He laid out an elaborate story, trying to convince the jury it was self defense. But two days after he was sent to the electric chair, the prison warden said Snook told him it had always been premeditated.
