In 1970, 65-year-old bachelor Clyde Dierkes disappeared from his home in Clarington, Ohio. A couple of days later, a suspect led them to his body in an abandoned well. But after a nephew and uncle offered different stories about what happened that day, the jury couldn't decide beyond a reasonable doubt who was responsible.
