The Strip Club Bookkeeper

This week, Stephanie and Lacey are getting to know the ends and outs of a STRIP CLUB. The girls fly in Logann, a former bookkeeper of one of the most popular strip clubs in Dallas Texas, to dive in about… so much. Logann talks about how she was in charge of all of the HR hiring/firing, adjusting the books throughout the night to keep up with the activity in the club, keeping track of the dancers paying their club fees, doing all of the check-ins/check-outs for the wait staff, etc. Essentially she made sure every person in the club was doing their job, paying the club enough money, making sure that the owner was getting paid all while keeping the books straight … and legal.

Not only do Stephanie and Lacey get to learn all about the business side of strip clubs, the girls also get to hear stories of all the internal chaos (pimps!!!) that goes on…and it is quite entertaining.
