Could be our best yet!
It's been a long year, and the off-season is nearly upon us. Matt has never been better planned, and with the help of an old friend, he has put together one hell of an episode.

It's been a long year, and the off-season is nearly upon us. Matt has never been better planned, and with the help of an old friend, he has put together one hell of an episode.
This week, there isn't much to report on the sports front, and we both had a big week. We cover all the off-field goings on for the NRL, and there is a few. We also touch on the EPL and Golf
Greg tries to sleep through this week's episode and performs as such. After a rough start with the Top Dog dragging himself off the couch, the boys settle in for one of the greatest episodes of off-season podcasting seen this year.
After a week off, Greg and Matt are back at it again. The rest was completely unplanned as Greg went missing in Tasmania for a golf trip. Back and refreshed, who knows what will hapoped
It's NRL Grand Final week, and Greg and Matt are on different sides of the fence. This should make for an interesting discussion once we get past the elephant in the room.
After an unscheduled hiatus, we are back, and even though we are in different states, the vibes are good. The first week of semi-final football is over, and there is plenty to discuss.
The final round of the NRL season is this week and there is still so much to play for. Eighth spot is up for grabs for a few teams and pride is on the line for a few more. What will the Top 8 look like after this week and who will have their eyes on the October Long Weekend Prize .....
The NRL regular season is almost at an end but there is still plenty to play for, well for almost everyone except the Melbourne Storm. Greg and Matt talk about what it's like to have a back issue and be told there is nothing that can be done. They also discuss waiting times in Doctors' surgeries and why it has suddenly become OK to leave someone in a waiting room for an hour.
It's getting even harder to record on Thursday nights, especially when your team is getting towelled up by the wooden spooners. Greg and Matt have a healthy debate about the state of the Immortals and can't see eye to eye on this one.
With the Olympics behind us we look back at some of the great stories it served up. Both the boy's teams won on the weekend, and Matt is looking pretty comfortable in his bet.
Greg is back home after a week away with the family, he had an amazing time which is more than can be said for his once mighty Broncos. The pointy end of the season is here and some teams are gone, some are fighting for the lives and other s are in cruise control. It's been a big two week with Olympics taking centre stage and with this already being our most successful games ever, we as a nation should be proud, but why have we done so well this time around?
Half of the team is across the Tasman in NZ, living that snow life. The boys discuss the new purchase for the Top Dog, find depth on the little they have learnt from the Olympics, and decide who will make the Top 8 in the NRL this year.
It's been an absolutely huge week in sport. Greg is still recovering after the Origin loss, whilst Matt is dealing with a "House Egging" issue at home. The Open has been run and won by Xander Shauffele, and The Olympics are just about to kick off. Manly has another win, and the Broncos just scraped by the Knights to end a 6 game-losing streak.
The boys review Origin 3, one of the best games of footy in some time. How will Greg react to his beloved Maroons taking the loss at Suncorp and will Matt be a humble winner??
Origin Three is just around the corner and the boys have plenty to say about it. Matt scrapes home in his bet with Greg as the Mighty Eagles soar away with a Golden Point win over the Cowboys. The NRL are hitting an all-time low in officiating with one terrible call after another but could we have seen the worst call yet in the Dolphins/Bunnies game?
Well, the Blues were just too good in Origin 2; many will say they got all the calls, BUT the NSW fans don't care. It certainly sets a very interesting Game 3 at Suncorp. Matt has to support QLD as his son his playing for them and Greg support the Sea Eagles in his trip to Townsville.
It's Origin 2, a pivotal game for the Blues and Greg and Matt discuss who they think will win and why. They also debate the stand alone origin call and also whether the NRL should scrap any ideas about expansion.
Our eyes have already shifted to the very important Game 2 of Origin. Who will the Blues select for the do-or-die game? Surprisingly, Greg and Matt are almost on the same page. The Hayne Plane is cleared for landing as he finds himself a free man. Galvin is looking to get out at the Tigers, and the McIlroys have reconciled and will continue their fairytale marriage. Plenty to discuss.
After an intersting Origin One, there is plenty to discuss, and Greg and Matt do their best to stay impartial, but we can't promise anything. The Maroons were the winners in a game that was essentially must-win for The Blues. What happens for the rest of the series, who knows, but the Melbourne game promises to be a cracker
The boys are back on talking Origin. A full preview of Game One 2024, where Greg and Matt give their completely underqualified views on the game and series. Having endured the worst round of NRL in many years, the Origin cannot come quickly enough.
With the Magic Round in the rear view we discuss the good and the bad of the NRL's marquee event. Plenty of injuries and coach discussions and State of Origin is just around the corner.
The boys are back and in a pretty foul mood about Magic Round. Plenty of stars are missing from teams as the injury list continues to grow in the NRL. Rory McIlroy gets divorced, which comes as a shock to the world.
What a week it was last week in not only the NRL but the EPL. Both the hosts teams lost, and then Man United got four put on them by Crystal Palace. Greg and Matt unpack it all and have a few gripes while doing it.
Greg was away last week enjoying all that Adelaide has to offer whilst attending his first LIV Golf. We will find out first-hand if LIV, lives up the hype. It has also been a huge news week in the NRL with the Souths car crash only getting worse after the sacking of their coach.
It's been a huge week for sport with the 2024 Masters I the rearview and Scottie Sheffler was just too good. As always the bunker has their say in an NRL result and the boys also talk about the pathetic internet speeds in Australia.
It was a brutal round in the NRL with more than a dozen players missing this week due to HIA. The Latrell saga is the gift that keeps on giving and of course The Mighty Eagles take down the reigning premiers. The best week in Golf is here and Matt and Greg discuss their memories of the best tournament in golf.
Well Round 4 is in the rearview and good riddance to it. Not the highest quality of NRL rounds and an almost impossible round to tip well in. The Sea Eagles were awful, the Panthers were great and the Tigers were lucky. The Masters in only a week away and Greg is getting excited.
It was a week in the NRL with duty of care being a hot topic for discussion. We go through the round that was and speak a little golf and the Full Swing Series.
After a week off to recover from the GC Masters we are back and ready to fire. We recap the Masters, Talk NRL and decide whether Latrell should have been given more than a slap on the wrist.
