As a first-time homeowner, Shane overcame financial hurdles by using creative solutions like promotional credit card offers to fund projects while stationed without a housing allowance. Later, he launched a successful fix-and-flip business, leveraging his construction knowledge and leadership skills from the military. With three decades of experience, Shane designed HEIA to address industry pain points, providing a transformative framework for contractors, homeowners, and investors alike.
