Episode description

Hugh Barton Hugh Barton is the co-founder and chief executive officer of LVH, a first-of-its-kind luxury super home chartering company that provides access to thousands of elite homes in hundreds of global destinations. As a globally recognized industry leader in luxury asset management, hospitality, and client services to ultra-high-net-worth clientele, he is often sought after for his expertise and advisory services. He boasts more than 25 years of entrepreneurship, with experience spanning sales, technology product management, and strategic business development across industries such as financial services, real estate and healthcare. Hugh received a Bachelor in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Aubree Childs Aubree Childs grew up in a less than ideal situation, she became a product of her environment at the tender age of 11. After her Mother took her own life she got invited to a Jiu Jitsu class in Brazil and it changed her life. She knew she had to give back to the millions of children just like her and she’s made it a mission to get Jiu Jitsu to every underserved child, human trafficked victims, victims of sexual/domestic violence, into every group home, after school program, foster agency, probation, and rehabs across the United States. Shafiur Rahman As the right hand to many founders, Shafiur has made operations the secret weapon for many startups. He has built the operational infrastructure and held prominent leadership roles for several companies, including Airbus Aerial, Specright, Connectifier (Acquired by LinkedIn Feb' 16), and Airware. Decades of broad exposure have taught Shafiur which levers make each functional area work and how they must be coordinated for a startup to succeed.
