Episode description

Jimmy Nelson Jimmy Hays Nelson, aka Coach Jimmy, has been a high-performance business coach for over a decade. Jimmy's unique skill is helping his clients to seamlessly connect their personal stories to their product or service, creating a strong "know, like, and trust factor." Using his 20+ years of experience as a stage and film performer, he crafted his own personal story to create a 7-figure business and now dedicates his life to helping professionals craft their own stories to attract and impact the lives of their ideal audiences. As Coach Jimmy says, "Tell a story, change the world." Diana Heldfond After being diagnosed with Dyslexia and ADHD at just seven years old, Diana is now on a mission to improve the educational landscape and make a difference in students' lives. As the founder and CEO of Parallel, Diana is pioneering a transformative tech-enabled, integrated care model designed to optimize k-12 school districts’ special education resources and ensure every student receives the essential support required for their academic success. Marty Strong Marty Strong has been a leader for decades, first in uniform for twenty years as a combat-veteran Navy SEAL, and then in commercial business. He was a successful account vice president and portfolio manager with United Bank of Switzerland for many years after leaving the Navy and then a marketing and business development senior vice president for a billion-dollar-a-year company. Marty later joined a small, early-stage growth company as an equity partner. Since then, he has developed several employee-owned startups as CEO and chief strategy officer. In his latest business leadership book, Be Visionary: Strategic Leadership in the Age of Optimization, Marty demonstrates to existing and aspiring leaders the positive impact of applying flexibility, creativity and decisiveness to achieve results – even in uncertain times.
