Al Herrera Al Herrera is a leadership coach and identity expert with over 20 years in various leadership roles with multiple Fortune 500 companies. Al has focused his efforts over the last 10 years in leadership development by becoming a certified coach, trainer, and speaker coaching executives and organizations through leadership growth and challenges. His mission is to inspire people to unlock their full potential, understand their identity, define their desires, and fulfill their purpose through decisive action. Paul Bennett The revolution of world schooling continues to gain momentum, even as the pandemic becomes a thing of the past. Cicero, founded by serial entrepreneur Paul Bennett aboard his boat in 2022, emerged to address educational needs for his three daughters who desired global travel. Today, two of his daughters attend prestigious colleges, their experiences with world schooling impressing college interviewers. Cicero has grown to serve 30 students and employs over 80 teachers in under two years. Gary DiSalvo Gary’s background blends more than 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experiences, melding his skills in strategic planning, sales leadership and client experience for the benefit of Popticals and its community of sunglass enthusiasts. Most of his career was spent in leadership roles within the financial services sector. Within nine months of taking on their first leadership position, they were leading an organization of 350 people. Gary possesses extensive experience in sales, coaching, strategy, optimization, and change management. Dana and him both came from financial services backgrounds and wanted to collaborate on something new and challenging. This led them to start a sunglasses company, Popticals.
