EP70: Steve and Marijn build a Transformation Team

Marijn and Steve look at the bigger picture of adoption and transformation and specifically the roles required to deliver Adoption successfully.  Assuming the Design, Migration, Change & Adoption and Run stages they build a matrix of the roles and responsibilities required for success.  

We consider the people and problems that need to be considered at the start.  Stakeholders, C-Level, Middle management all become part of the change leadership whilst Architects, Developers Helpdesk, Security, and the configuration team can develop design documentation and use these to define the system builds.
