Now, before we get started, I want you to do something. Also. I'm going to tell you who I think are the 10 most hated people ever to walk on this Earth, but I want you to see who might you add to that list. Anyone will guess number 10, and I think it's going to surprise a lot of people.
Okay. Without further Ado, number one, Ted Bundy Bundy was an American serial killer who Netflix recently made a very Very popular documentary about Bundy. He confessed to 30 homicides in seven different states between the years of 1974 and 1978, Bundy died in the rainford, electric chair on the 24th of January 1989. He was 42 years old and all of the people he killed were women. Number two, Kim Jong. On Kim.
Jong is a North Korean politician with the title of supreme leader of North Korea in 2013. Teen Kim Jong on Border that his own Uncle should be executed for treachery. And to this day. There's a lot of Suspicion on what happens in North Korea. It's been said that North Koreans, they cannot leave the country. We don't know what happens behind closed doors. And Kim Jon on is said to have over 30 nuclear weapons at his disposal.
Number three, Jimmy Savile. Jimmy Savile was an English television presenter who is known for his sort of flamboyant personality after his death. In 2011, literally hundreds of people came forward with allegations of abuse is abuse spanned four decades, but I think most disturbingly is the fact that he assaulted sick patients between the ages of 55 and 75 in the hospitals around the UK. No, one believed the victims because everyone thought Jimmy
Savile, he's a great guy. He does lots for charity. And even the royal family themselves were deceived because he was knighted in. 9C number 4, Aileen. Wuornos Eileen is actually, the only female on this list, but she also is known as an American serial killer. She murdered seven, man. In Florida between the years 1989 and 1990. She was eventually executed by
lethal injection on October the 9th. 2002 number 5, Joseph Stalin. Stalin was the ruler of the Soviet Union from 1927 to 1953. He was a communist. And when many people think of the most hated the most evil people ever to live Joseph, Stalin often comes to people's minds. It's estimated that 20 million people were killed under Stalin's regime.
Number six mousy Tong. Chairman Mao is another communist dictator, and one of the most inhumane things he did, was he forced his own ideologies on Farming and Koecher on the whole of China. He called this idea. He's Great Leap Forward, but it didn't work and it's estimated that between 30 to 40 million. People, starve to death. If you're from California and you're listening right now, that's how many people live in your state mousey.
Tong has been called the most brutal dictator, and it's estimated that between 40 to 80 million people. In total were killed through famine through prison labor and through his Mass. Lucian's there has been no other man, or woman in the whole of the history of humanity who has killed more people than Chairman Mao number 7. Jack, the Ripper. Jack, the Ripper is an unidentified serial killer who has been a figure of mystery. Since the 1800s. Why do people hate him or
mainly? Because he never got caught, but, even more importantly, because of the depraved nature of his crimes years and years later in 1981, a man called. Peter Sutcliffe was named the Yorkshire Ripper after Jack. He had very similar crimes and he was also very, very hard to catch eventually. Peter Sutcliffe was captured put in prison, but they named it. One of the largest manhunts in British history. Number eight, Saddam Hussein.
Saddam Hussein, was the Prime Minister of Iraq between the years 1979 and 2003. He and his government is responsible for a genocide. I'd of around 250,000 people as well as that he also invaded Iran and Q8 which also resulted in many, many thousands of people being killed, when Iraq was invaded, Sodom went on the Run. He was eventually captured. He was found in a hole hiding beneath a farmhouse by u.s. Troops.
They captured him, brought him back and he was eventually executed for his crimes on humanity, and number 9 ad. Of Hitler. Remember the beginning of the video? When I told you to write out the 10 most hated people. I'm guessing that probably right at the top was mr. Adolf Hitler. Why is Hitler so hated? Well, the answers obvious. He killed six million Jews in the Holocaust and his means of killing them was. So despicable sending them through gas Chambers. Okay.
So if Hitler was number nine, who's number 10, I'm going to make a claim. I'm going to make a very strong case. Claim, I believe this person is more hated than all the people put together who we've talked about on this list. This person is so hated that. I guarantee there will be some of you who are watching this video quite happily now and you will click off. As soon as I mentioned. This person's name the second. I mention his name, you'll say I want nothing to do with this and
you'll run a million miles. Now if that is you would you do a favor for me just before you go. It was said about this person that he was hated without a reason. You click off this video. Just before you go ask yourself this question. What is the reason why I hate this person? And what is the reason why I cannot just give 34 minutes to think about this man? Okay. Are you ready for it? And lastly and not least. Number 10 is Jesus Christ. He still here.
Okay, please could I just have a couple more minutes of your precious time to talk about this person Jesus Christ, you know, it is interesting. Resting, I think people right now will be thinking, come on Joel. No one really hates Jesus. How can we hate a man who lived 2,000 years ago? What can I just say this? That's simply not true at all. Listen.
If you go on YouTube right now and you type in Jesus Christ, atheist, you will find thousands and thousands of videos of people call in Jesus Christ. Every single name, under the sun. Graphic, horrible, Wicked names. And yeah if you type in Joseph Stalin, You type in Hitler. Yeah, you'll find some of them but it will by no means match. The amount that are against Jesus.
Have you ever considered this whenever something bad happens to someone like, they crashed their car or they drop a plate? What is the first name that comes out of their mouth? It's the name Jesus Christ. Think about Ted Bundy, Ted Bundy, for instance. He was hated because he objectified women. He tracked them like pieces of me, but the Lord Jesus Christ. Never Ever objectified women, he clothed, them with dignity and Grace. What about Chairman Mao? Why do people hate him?
As we said, he calls starvation of millions of millions of people, but Jesus was the complete opposite. Jesus fed, 5,000 people and often looked after the needs of the hungry. Why is it people don't like him John on? Because he's power mad. He's obsessed with himself. And yet Jesus again, was the complete opposite to that. He got down on his knees and he was The dirt the filth of his disciples feet. Can you imagine Kim Jon on washing people's feet.
My dear friends. Jesus Christ was the complete opposite to all these hated people to go before us and you might hate Jesus. You might be sitting there right now saying, yes, I do hate Jesus, but I want you to know something, whoever you are. Whatever, you've done, Jesus Christ, loves you deeply. Even these Wicked people who have talked about before Jesus. I still loves them to pieces and he wanted them to come and receive the Forgiveness, that only he can offer out to repentant Sinners.
The Bible says, for God, so loved the world that he gave his only begotten. Son, that whosoever believes in him. Shall not perish, but gain eternal life. Can I ask you a question? Do you have eternal lie, very sadly. For many of the names of the people we talked about before, it's too late. For them, if they did not trust in the Lord, Jesus Christ, if they did not repent from their sins, they are in hell now. And there's no Escape exit, but for you and I, it's a different story.
You and I right now were part of the land of the living, and if your heart is beating right now, if there is breath in your lungs, there is a chance to turn to the Lord Jesus Christ in Repentance and Faith. Here's how it works. Everyone now have a good. Look at me. Have a good look at this man standing in front of you. Can you? Believe there's a woman on earth who be willing to marry me. Now.
What do you think? Do you think that this man in front of you right now, has ever made his wife cry before over to you. What do you think? I have? Actually, he see these eyes. If everything that I've ever seen in my life was put in front of you. Now on the screen, you're watching this, you could see all the things I've seen in my life. Would I be embarrassed? Would it be ashamed of anything I've ever looked at. I would actually you see these lips. Do you think?
These lips. If ever said, Wicked horrible cruel words before they have actually. So, as you can see, I'm not actually a very nice person, but ask me this question now, am I going to heaven? I am not because of anything good. I've done. But because two thousand years ago, Jesus Christ, the son of God died for me on the cross. All those rods and things, all those vile things. I've done. We're laid on.
The Lord Jesus Christ, it's almost as if God, the Father rolled up his sleeves, and he reached into every person's heart and he pull that all of the mock, all of the grime, all of the sin. He then rolled up into a ball and he embedded it, and he placed it on the Lord, Jesus Christ. And he crucified Jesus. He crushed Jesus. He bruised him. He punished him for your sin. And for my sin. So that, any of us, if any of us will call on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. We can be saved.
We can be forgiven. And we can be washed whiter than snow, just like, snow makes everything clean. So the blood of Jesus Christ can make you and I totally clean. Now. Here's the big question. Why would we ever trust in the Lord? Jesus Christ? What makes him any different to any other man who died on a cross? I'll tell you what, makes that man, different. He died on a cross, he was buried. But then what happened on the third day.
He rose from the dead and that's why I put my trust in Jesus. Christ, not in, Michael Jackson, not in a till of the Han not in Gandy, not in Buddha, not in Muhammad in Jesus, because he's the only one to beat the grave. And he's saying that anyone will come to him, anyone who will put their faith in him alone. He'll beat their grave all soul, and raise them up on the last day. So, again, let me ask you this question. Have you got a terminal life?
Do you know that if you die tonight, you'd be guaranteed heaven because you put your faith in the savior of the world. Okay. I said I was only going to speak for a couple of minutes and if you've managed to stay this long, thank you so much. I really do appreciate your time.
But let me just finish by saying this, perhaps there is someone listening right now and you would like to become a Christian. You would like to know that your sins are forgiven and that Jesus is your lord and savior, but you thinking, how do I go about it? Well, if that's you I'm just going to pray a simple prayer and you can pray in the quietness of your heart and receive Jesus Christ.
Christ as your lord and savior, if you two would like that for yourself, Heavenly Father, you know, everything about me, and you know that I'm a sinner. Thank you, that Jesus died for my sins. And thank you that Jesus rose from the dead. Today, I ask that you would give me eternal life in him. Save me, rescue, me and clothed me in Jesus. Christ's righteousness. I pray all of these things in his name.
